About Margie

Guide buyers. Deliver qualified leads.

Marketing that guides buyers to a decision and fuels your sales pipeline.

Most B2B companies don't have a demand problem. They have a connection problem. Channels should connect prospects and customers with valuable information that creates demand and captures intent. Attribution should connect that intent to outcomes. And Sales should have a steady drumbeat of qualified buyers looking for your solution. I build integrated campaigns and programs that nurture, qualify, and feed your sales pipeline.

Digital signals converging into rising revenue

The story across channels

Fivetran

I built and led the demand engine during a period when Fivetran scaled from ~$300M to nearly $500M ARR and was recognized by Inc. as one of America's fastest-growing private companies. My team executed across paid media, SEO/AEO/GEO, webinars, content syndication, and lifecycle programs — driving up to 50% of inbound pipeline from technical buyers evaluating modern data stack infrastructure.

Lumen Technologies

I spent a decade leading digital demand generation through a full company rebrand and multiple GTM pivots. I led teams of up to 18 people, including a shared services paid media, ABM, and lifecycle team, and a demand center that used machine learning to turn digital signals into actionable intelligence for Sales to prioritize outreach.

While I haven't yet built a full demand engine run by AI agents, I've built the pieces: unified buyer signals, predictive scoring that gave sellers a next best action, personalized advertising and digital journeys, cleaner conversion signals that powered Google's AI bidding and budgeting, and agents that monitored performance and automated manual work.

Ten moments that shaped the work

01 — 10
01

Search spend wasn't delivering strong ROI.

I restructured and re-instrumented search. Open opportunity pipeline grew 80% YoY.

02

Buyers were researching in AI tools, and we weren't there.

I led GEO and AEO strategy. AI-generated traffic grew 7x.

03

Two go-to-market motions needed one demand engine.

I led integrated campaigns that fed both Enterprise sales and PLG self-service.

04

Sales didn't know which accounts to prioritize.

I built a demand center that turned digital signals into dashboards that prioritized outreach.

05

Channel decisions were based on assumptions.

I introduced A/B and multivariate testing to optimize spend and cut what doesn't work.

06

Talented marketers had been without a leader or clear direction.

I gave them both, building a team around ownership, accountability, and coaching that moves people from competent to excellent.

07

Last-click attribution was hiding the value of key programs.

I ran incrementality tests to measure what attribution missed. Display lifted MQL volume 10% with no attributed credit, and ABM drove 5x more pipeline in priority accounts than in lookalike accounts outside the program.

08

Buyers saw a different message on every channel.

I stood up Adobe's customer data platform, unifying buyer signals into audiences that made segmentation and personalization work across every channel.

09

Sales had no single place to find the content they needed.

I launched the Seismic sales enablement platform to 1,500+ employees, with onboarding, training, and a change management plan built so it actually got used.

10

Display ads ran the same creative at every buyer.

I ran display advertising with dynamic content optimization — ads and landing pages that updated in real time as buyer data changed.
